Today's reading named the cities of refuge that God commanded so that there would be justice for those accused. Chapter 21 names all of the cities that have been given and to whom and basically shows that God has given all that was promised as far back as Moses.
This psalm is a song of confidence in God. The line, "But I have calmed and quieted my soul," is what really stands out in that confidence. Being so confident and trusting in God and his works that you can release yourself from worry.

This passage starts with the Cities of Refuge being assigned. The rest is towns for the Levites. The rest just goes thru all these towns and then ends with it stating that God had fulfilled his promise to the people.
That is a good explanation. Confidence. I would like to feel this. I think I have lost a bit of this with myself. This psalm really called to me.
