These chapters introduce and talk about Samson, who is the last judge in the book of Judges. It seems that although Samson was chosen by God he is also an extremely sinful man.
This psalm seems to be a cry for mercy and asking God to put them on the right path. They actually ask for God to teach them how to follow his path for them. It's something that we should do in that moment where we give ourselves to God and confess or sins.

This part of the Samson story I do not remember, but it does seem like he is doing many bad things. And it's confusing a little. There is alot of revenge going on.
The psalm seems to be a cry for help and to be lead in the way God wants. Like he should be lead by God and saved from his enemies.
