The first part talks about what it means to be righteous in/with God. The second explains God's coming salvation for Israel.
This section was more wise sayings, or sayings of the wise.

My mind kept getting distracted by other things during this reading. And then I realized it's because it seems to be the same thing we have read before. The Lord' wrath, they were sent away, and now they will be redeemed. As I type, I was thinking it's the same info again, and then I started to wonder is it again showing that God is still there with them? Is it telling us that all along God has been watching over the people and yet they haven't figured that out?
This was more about speaking truth, some references to commandments too. And warnings about becoming a sluggard.
