They are still going through struggles, but God does reiterate his promise to save them. Although it will happen in his time and not theirs.
The Lord is the King of Glory.

That seems the gist of this reading. It reads like a repeat of what we have already read, they just keep saying it over and over.
That is the theme of this psalm, the Lord is the King of Glory.
