This is a lament, but I don't really understand the meaning behind it. Even the explanation seems a little unsure of what the purpose might have been.
This one is asking for God's mercy saying their soul takes refuge in God and reminding that God's glory is over all the earth.

I am unsure of the meaning of this either. The chapter is titled "A Lament over Israel's Princes". I wonder if it could be a metaphor pertaining to the people.
He is asking for God's mercy and says that God rebukes those that pursue him. It says that the traps set for him by his enemies become their snares instead.
