Jesus heals an invalid and slips away before he could find out who it was that healed him. The section about the Authority of the Son seems another metaphor. It speaks of how the dead will rise to life through their belief. I think that in those times, they were probably thinking literal death, however, it seems that Jesus is speaking about those dead in spirit. He is also telling them that he cannot do anything without God, whom he calls father at this point, and they seem not to like that. The end of this section seems to be Jesus is chastising those in power for not believing Moses or God. It says that Moses wrote about Jesus and still those that follow the teaching of Moses do not believe.
This psalm says that David knows that God detests wickedness, and he is asking God to lead him in righteousness. He is asking that the wicked be found guilty and punished accordingly.

I cannot say it any better myself. It's amazing how those that studied the Word of God couldn't see what was right in front of them.
If we are righteous we will continue with God.
