"For by grace you have been saved through faith." God's grace has saved us if we have shown our faithfulness in trusting him.
They are longing to dwell in the house of the Lord. They are saying that they would be happy with just one day in the court of the Lord instead of thousands of days in a world of wickedness. They are showing their faithfulness to the Lord.

This section is a reminder to be Christlike in your behavior. To show humility like Christ in that we value others above ourselves, doing nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but rather looking to the interests of others and helping them. It also goes into doing everything without grumbling. That we should always obey without complaint..so you too should be glad and rejoice with me.
The end of this psalm really sums it up well. "Blessed is the one who trusts in you." The part when they said they would rather one day in the court of the Lord, really stood out to me as well. It makes me think they are being tortured by whatever is happening in their lives.
