This last part talks about the Armor of God. It says to put it on so that we can take a stand against the devil's schemes, as the fight isn't against the flesh but against the powers of dark in this world. It goes through the different pieces of armor and what they stand for. The Belt of Truth, the Breast plate of righteousness, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the Shield of Faith, the Helmet of Salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit (which it says is the word of God). What stands out most is the Sword, and then telling us to pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. That we must be alert and always praying. I think all of this is relevant even now and in many situations people face.
I don't really know what to say about this psalm. I really got nothing from it today. IT talks about Zion and how God loves it and how people will say "oh that person is from Zion", but I don't really get what this one is saying.

There is so much here in so few words about how to use God's protection every day. While all of this can be difficult to do it is something we should practice every day.
I agree that this one is hard to understand. I even read the explanation and it didn't really clear anything up.
