Job seems to be trying to tell explain to his friends that God's plans are not always visible or understandable. He gives examples of sins that some might make and show that we don't always know how God will handle those, so they shouldn't assume that they understand why things are happening to him the way they are.
We should give glory to God for his steadfast love and faithfulness. We should trust in the Lord and he will protect us. May he bless all that we have and do.

It sounds as if Job is saying he is looking for God everywhere to find out why he is going thru all this. At the end though he says "I am not silenced by the darkness, by the thick darkness that covers my face." This sounds like he is saying that although he has gone thru so many awful things, he still believes and follows God. He says God charges no one with wrongdoing.
I was lost in this psalm for some reason.
