God deals with Job's friends and makes them make reparations to Job. He also blesses Job for all that he has had to endure.
The Lord restores fortunes. They will be grateful to him for doing this.

I read the same in this section as you, but I came away with a question. What came of Satan at this point? This all started as a challenge with Satan, so how did God deal with Satan after all this. Job did not stop believing in God through it all, even though he was questioning God throughout this book. I wondered often it his faith was waning, but I am not sure it was or not.
The psalm is talking about how God restores fortunes. That those who go out with tears and sorrow will come back with joy. This seems to be saying that we don't live in sadness forever, that with God there is a way back from it.
