I had to look at the explanation for this one. It's a reminder that without all God's blessing that all we do is worthless. When we can see God's blessing in everything we are thankful for what he has blessed us with.

This psalm says something a little different to me. It says to me that without God everything you do is in vain, which makes me think that with God in your life all things are possible. The second part about the children being a heritage kind of has me lost though. It sounds like the psalmist sees children as a reward for ones faith. I am not sure about that. The end has me confused a little.
