This verse stood out the most to me today and I think encompasses all that this officially says..."Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock." This continues on to tell us how we should live to gain the favor of God and the ways in which he will not help us if we are acting out of sorts. We should trust the Lord and not man which is one of the ways in which people we going about things during this time.
This proverb tells us what it is to be righteous and the consequences for being wicked or deceitful. This feels like a list of things where we could easily stray away from God.

This reading starts with a song of praise and then goes into speaking about the deliverance of Israel. The deliverance part talks again about wiping out the earth basically and that animals will lie down and branches will be bare, etc.
Yes, this does seem like a list of what to do verses what not to do to stay in God's favor.
