God explains and places his judgment on the Philistines and Moab. He explains in detail what will happen to them, but then ends with saying that he will restore their fortunes.
We are blessed when our sins are forgiven and the steadfast love of the Lord surrounds those of us that trust in the Lord.

I feel like this is a recurrence of past events as well, the part about placing judgment and then restoring them. God give alot of grace over and over and is constantly forgiving the people. Knowing that should bring comfort, but leaves me questioning why he continues to do this for us. I know the bible says it's because he loves us, it just sometimes seems unbelievable.
The psalm says the ones who are faithful will be blessed.
