While the Lord has been condemning those who are doing wrong, he also seems to be taking care of those that have given themselves to him. Those who decided to listen and follow the Lord will be taken care of and those that are not will be cast out..I believe that is what this is saying.
The steadfast love of God endures forever and he condemns those that do evil in his eyes.

I think you are right. If you are devoted to God and follow his commands, you will be spared, and all others will be destroyed. That is what it seems to say. At the end of ch11, it sounds like what we read is a vision, as it says, "Then the vision I had seen went up from me, and I told the exiles everything the Lord had shown me". Does that mean all this had been a vision, or some of it he really saw? Now I am a little confused.
The start of this sounds like he is condemning those that boast and do evil things. He then says I am the one who trusts in the Lord.
