Ok, so a couple of things stand out in this reading. First, we are to live to please God and no one else. He goes into specifics in regard to our bodies and immoral behavior or being impure. Then talks about our love for one another. The end stands out most though and I am not sure why. "Yet we urge you, to do so more and more, and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody". This seems to say we should not be sticking our nose where it doesn't belong, but also that we should maintain the work of our hands. It seems like this is saying we don't have to boast or make a show of whatever we are doing. I am not sure how to properly convey the thoughts in my head on this one.
The writer of this psalm is saying he will be careful in life and try to be blameless. It says he will not tolerate the evil things people do.

So I looked up the explanation for the end of this reading because I was not sure that I was interpreting it correctly. According to the explanation we are to work for our own things and not expect others to provide for us.
They titled this "I will walk with integrity" which seems to sum it up pretty well.
