I don't really know what to say about today's readings either. These laws seem very specific and I wonder how and why they are said the way they are.
This psalm is another of praise to the Lord for all of his works, but also a reminder that fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

I found a couple things interesting in today's passage. It started with the certificate of divorce, which I didn't think was allowed really. But it is not good for the woman no matter the circumstances. The rest of the reading again seems to be guiding them in good character. There are some things that don't make alot of sense but might for the time they lived in. I'm just not relating it all to today.
The psalm seems to be mainly about praising God and gives examples of all he has done.
