I think I have a little more clarity today. I did have to delve into the explanation, but it does help to make some sense of where Elihu is going with this. So, Job believed that being righteous in God meant that his life should flow perfectly and we would not struggle, and Elihu is telling him that this is not accurate. Being righteous does not mean that God is going to make everything happen the way we want it to and doesn't mean that we won't experience struggles or attacks by the enemy. He is reminding him that in these moments we need to remember to still trust in God and know that he has a plan for all of this and that we will be taken care of.
This seems to be celebrating the house of the Lord that is in Jerusalem.

I appreciate the explanation because I was not getting this at all. It sounds more like he is speaking ill of Job. I am getting confused I guess because it sounded at one point that he was saying God doesn't listen to us. But your explanation helps me to understand. I will have to reread this one.
I agree and there seems to be prayer for peace for those within it's walls.
