Hezekiah pleads with God as he is dying and asks for help as he has been loyal to God. God does grant him 15 more years on his life and says that he will live up to his promise to protect the people of that nation.
This is still giving the ways that we can walk in the Lord and the consequences for not following as we should.

Hezekiah is ill and is told that he will return to God and needs to get his house in order. But then he asks God for more time and is granted it after he is ill. God says he will keep his promise. I don't really understand at the end when it talks about the Envoys from Babylon that come and he shows them everything he has and then is told that everything he has, along with his servants, will be taken away and put in Babylon and Hezekiah says that word is good and that there will be peace and security in his lifetime. I was confused by this last bit.
This proverb seems informational. It is still sharing how we can lead righteous lives, but feels like we are being given information or knowledge. Not sure why that is.
